Our Loft is the perfect place for events from 11 to 20 people
£50 non-refundable booking fee. 2.5 hours hire. For groups of 11-20. Minimum spend £220. Party pieces from £17.50 per person.
Perfect for smaller Hen parties, children’s parties, small team away days or baby showers.
Upstairs, and away from the busy main shop, The Loft has its own private entrance and toilet facilities that provide the perfect cosy venue for your special event.
One of our friendly team will be available to offer help for the painting portion of your event, and can take drink and snack orders for our café. We are happy for you to bring along your own additional food, but we ask that you take your rubbish home with you.
This venue is also appropriate for children’s birthdays, for children aged 7 years and up, who must be accompanied by at least 2 adults. Children’s party pieces start from £17.50. You can let us know your budget and we will only supply pre agreed pottery to be selected. All pottery can be picked up 7 – 10 days after your party for you to give out to the party guests.
Terms and conditions:
- The Loft can be booked for adult’s or children’s parties. Children must all be over 7 years old.
- 2 sessions can be booked:
- 10.15 to 12.45
- 13.15 to 15.45
- Customers are welcome to give guests 10.30-12.30 and 13.30-15.30 if they would like 15 minutes set up and tidy time either side.
- Room hire is £50 for 2.5 hours and is non-refundable. This includes:
- Use of the room
- Private bathroom
- Free glass of prosecco for Hen or person whose birthday it is (celebration milkshake for under 18s)
- Team member to help and serve drinks
- Customers will pay for the pieces they choose on the day.
- Items cannot be pre-selected or saved as we cannot guarantee stock availability on the day. (Unless the customer would like to pay and pick them up in advance to bring on the day).
- Parties are minimum 11 people, maximum 20. Numbers MUST include all guests attending whether they are painting or not.
- For children’s parties there must be at least 2 adults present for the whole booking.
- Customers can bring their own food with them at no cost, but rubbish must be taken away with them. Any rubbish left will be charged at £5 per bag.
- Minimum spend applies to all bookings at £220 including pottery, drinks and cake etc. Any groups below the minimum spend will have the difference added to their bill on the day.
- No party bookings available from October half term till 1st January during weekends, but bookable for Thursday evening and weekday sessions due to peak season.
